Shipping policy

Shipments within Italy are made via the Mail Boxes service within an estimated time of 2 to 6 working days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are fully included in the final price, therefore no additional costs will be charged at checkout. Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive a notification with the details for tracking the shipment. It is recommended to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and to report any anomalies within 24 hours.

Shipments within the European Union are made via the Mail Boxes service within an estimated time of 4 to 8 working days from order confirmation depending on the customer's country. For international shipments there is an additional cost of €30, which will be calculated and indicated at checkout. Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive a notification with the details for tracking the shipment. It is recommended to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and to report any anomalies within 24 hours.
