Vallisto Malbec

The grapes come from vineyards located at about 1,900 meters above sea level in the Cafayate Valley, Salta. The soils are deep and stony, with good water retention capacity, and the climate is characterized by strong temperature variations between day and night, ideal conditions for optimal ripening of the grapes.
